Alvi stainless steel cabinet trolley with vertical sections for StE containers
- One-piece body made of AISI 304 stainless steel sheet, tightly welded (TIG welding), with smooth walls without undercuts.
- Internal structure with 2 or 3 vertical sections, usable width 300 mm, made of AISI 304 stainless steel profiles.
- 4 pairs of L-shaped rails made of stainless steel, removable and height-adjustable.
- 2 double-walled hinged doors made of AISI 304 stainless steel panels, opening and locking at 270°.
- Sliding closure device with coupling on the lid and the base.
- Silicone seal on the 4 sides of the opening: doors, base and lid.
- 2 vertical handles on each end.
- Torsion-free base frame made of stainless steel sheet and box profiles AISI 304.
- Lower baffle frame made of high density polyethylene.
- 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors, diameter 160 mm, made of grey rubber superelastic, with ball bearings and galvanized steel housing.
- Load capacity of the guide rails: 20 kg.
- For use in car washes, rollers with stainless steel housings are recommended.
